Original Bitmain ASIC heatsinks removed from Antminer Z11, Z15 and Z15 Pro hashboards: aluminum fin stack, copper contact pad with copper heat pipes, spring-loaded mounting screws. Used, in good condition — straight fins and a clean, flat contact surface. What you get

Q: Are these Antminer Z11 and Z15 heatsinks new or used?
A: Used originals removed from Antminer Z11 and Z15 hashboards, in excellent condition: straight fins, heat pipes intact, a clean and flat copper contact pad, and the spring-loaded screws still in place. The photos show the actual parts, not stock images.
Q: How many heatsinks does one Antminer Z15 hashboard take?
A: One per chip. A Z15 hashboard carries three chips, so a complete board takes three heatsinks. They are sold individually — order the number you need.
Q: What is in the Antminer Z15 Pro heatsink set?
A: Six heatsinks, three large and three small, sold together as one set. A Z15 Pro hashboard carries six chips in two power groups of three.
Q: Do the Antminer Z11 and Z15 heatsinks come with screws and thermal paste?
A: The spring-loaded mounting screws are captive and ship on the heatsink. Thermal compound is not included: clean the old compound off both the chip and the copper pad and apply fresh compound when fitting. A dried-out thermal interface is the usual reason a board with an undamaged heatsink still overheats.
Q: When does an Antminer Z11 or Z15 hashboard need a replacement heatsink?
A: When the fins are crushed or bent enough to block airflow, when a heat pipe is cracked or flattened, or when the heatsink is missing after a chip replacement or a rough shipment. If the heatsink looks intact but the board trips on temperature with a good fan, renew the thermal interface first — the heatsink itself is rarely the fault.
Q: Do you ship the Antminer Z15 heatsinks or install them?
A: They ship from Fort Lauderdale, FL by UPS Ground with a 30-day warranty. If your board is already in our lab for a Z15 hashboard repair, ask us and we will fit the heatsink during the repair.
