Refund policy

Policy Summary

  • Returns: Accepted ONLY for warranty service (defective issue related to our repair) with an approved RMA. This is a warranty return for re-repair, not a retail return.
  • Refunds (Money Back): NOT PROVIDED for warranty claims or “defective” claims. We do not refund completed repairs.
  • Warranty: 30 days from delivery (carrier tracking), covers only the specific service(s)/component(s) we repaired or replaced.
  • Warranty Remedy: Re-repair only (no refund, no “money back”).
  • Warranty Shipping: Customer pays shipping to Antminer Repair; Antminer Repair pays standard shipping back.
  • Diagnostic-only (no repair): $50 diagnostic fee (see Diagnostics section).

1) Repair Services (Components and Full Miners)

Antminer Repair provides repair services for mining equipment, including individual components (hashboards, control boards, PSUs, and related parts) and, when applicable, complete miner units.

Warranty coverage is limited to the specific service(s) performed and/or the specific component(s) repaired or replaced, as documented on your invoice or repair record. Issues unrelated to the serviced work are not covered.

All completed repair services are final. We do not offer “try it and return it” service. There are no change-of-mind returns.


2) 30-Day Limited Repair Warranty (Re-Repair Only)

We provide a 30-day limited repair warranty starting from the date you receive your repaired item (delivery date confirmed by carrier tracking). This warranty covers only the specific service(s) performed and/or component(s) repaired or replaced by Antminer Repair.

Important: What “Return” Means Here

In this policy, a “return” means a warranty return so we can inspect and, if confirmed, perform a re-repair. It is NOT a retail return and it does NOT mean money back.

Warranty Remedy (Re-Repair Only)

If a warrantied defect is confirmed, we will re-repair the serviced item/component at no labor cost. No refunds are provided for warranty claims.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Improper installation, immersion, power surges, overclocking, overheating, oil/immersion use, or environmental factors (dust, moisture, corrosion).
  • User modification, tampering, or unauthorized repair attempts.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Shipping/transportation damage or external electrical faults.
  • Any consequential losses (downtime, lost mining rewards, loss of revenue, data loss, etc.).

3) NO REFUNDS (Money Back) for “Defective” or Warranty Claims

We do not provide monetary refunds for completed repairs. This includes situations where a customer believes an item is “defective” after repair. The remedy under warranty is re-repair only, subject to inspection and confirmation under this policy.

Refund Exception (Only if a Paid Repair Is Determined Beyond Repair)

The only time a refund or store credit may be offered is when a customer has paid for a repair and, after evaluation and/or attempted repair, we determine the item is beyond repair (i.e., the paid repair cannot be successfully completed).

In that case, the customer may choose either:

  • a refund of the paid repair amount, or
  • a store credit for the same amount.

This is the only circumstance in which a refund or store credit may be offered. No other refunds are provided.

Store Credit Terms

  • No expiration: Store credit does not expire.
  • Use: Store credit may be applied to any products or services offered by Antminer Repair.

4) Diagnostics

  • If you proceed with repair, diagnostics are included (no separate diagnostic charge).
  • If we perform diagnostics and you decline to proceed with repair, a $50 diagnostic fee applies.

5) Warranty Returns (RMA Required) and Shipping Terms

Warranty Returns = Warranty Service Only

We accept returns ONLY for approved warranty service (re-repair) and ONLY with an approved RMA. Returns are not accepted for refunds.

Warranty Shipping Terms

For approved warranty re-repairs:

  • Customer pays shipping to Antminer Repair.
  • Antminer Repair pays standard return shipping back to the customer.

We do not reimburse upgraded/express shipping unless agreed in writing.

Packaging Requirements (Important)

Customers are responsible for proper packaging when shipping items to Antminer Repair, including warranty shipments. Improper packaging may result in transit damage, processing delays, and/or denial of a warranty claim if the issue is caused by shipping damage.

6) Shipping Damage, Risk of Loss, and Insurance

Shipments typically include standard carrier coverage (for example, UPS standard coverage up to a set amount). Additional insurance may be available upon request.

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, resolution is handled through the carrier claim process. We can assist with documentation, but the carrier determines claim outcomes.

Inspection Upon Delivery (48 hours)

Inspect your shipment immediately. If a package arrives damaged or shows signs of tampering, notify us within 48 hours with clear photos and keep all packaging.


7) Wrong Item / Order Issues (48 hours)

If you believe you received the wrong item or there is an order discrepancy, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.


8) How to Start a Warranty Claim (RMA Required)

To start a warranty claim, email antminrep@gmail.com and include:

  • Order number / repair reference
  • Photos/videos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem and test environment

If approved, we will issue an RMA (Return Authorization) and provide shipping instructions. Items sent without an RMA may be refused.


9) International Orders

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.


10) Limitation of Liability

Antminer Repair’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service/product in question. We are not responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including loss of mining income, profits, or downtime.

By purchasing from or sending equipment to Antminer Repair, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
