How to Ship Your ASIC for Repair
Follow this step-by-step guide to avoid damage during shipping and ensure your repair is processed quickly and accurately. Improper packing may result in damage that is not covered by our warranty.

Important: What to Include Inside the Package
Please include a printed note inside the box with the following information:
- Full name or company name
- Return shipping address
- Phone number
- Email address

How to Pack Hashboards
- Use at least 8 layers of bubble wrap on all sides — no thin single layers.
- Reinforce corners with extra padding or foam.
- Use a sturdy cardboard box with enough space for padding but not too large.
- Fill empty space with foam, bubble wrap, or crumpled paper (like kraft paper). Do not use sealed air pillows — they often burst during transit.
- Seal the box well using strong packing tape.
How to Pack Full Miners
- Use original packaging with foam inserts whenever possible.
- If original packaging is not available, use plenty of bubble wrap, foam, or crumpled paper to cushion the unit.
- DO NOT ship miners loosely or without padding — damage is almost guaranteed.
- DO NOT include accessories or cables in the box. Any non-packing items included in the package will not be returned.
