Our repair process

You just need to send your hash board to our facility and get it back in a couple of days after the maintenance process.

The repairing procedure of the hashboard depends on what exactly is broken.

1. The hash board is disassembled and immersed in a special solution for cleaning out from dirt and dust. 

2. Diagnostics and troubleshooting are carried out.

3.  Repair works includes: soldering, changing broken chips, restoring burned and malfunctioning components of the hash board.

4. The thermal paste is being changed (for Antminer 19's series and WhatsMiners).

5. The hash board is assembled to it's initial state.

6. The hash board is tested for several days to exclude hidden damages.

7. The hash board is sent back to the customer.

Warranty term for any our work is 30 days from the day customer receive the hash board back.
