Shipping Regions

We ship within the United States and internationally. Available options, carriers, and rates are shown at checkout.

Processing Time

  • Orders (products/parts): Typically ship within 4–5 business days after payment is confirmed (unless otherwise noted on the product page).
  • Repairs: Repair turnaround time depends on the item and workload. We will provide updates as your repair progresses.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when your shipment is created. Delivery date is determined by carrier tracking.

Carrier, Insurance, and Shipping Damage

  • Shipments typically include standard carrier coverage (for example, UPS standard coverage up to a set amount).
  • Additional shipping insurance may be available upon request before shipment.
  • If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, resolution is handled through the carrier claim process. We can assist with documentation, but the carrier determines claim outcomes.

Inspection Upon Delivery (48 hours)

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the package arrives visibly damaged or shows signs of tampering, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and keep all packaging materials.

International Shipments

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Shipping to Antminer Repair (Repairs & Warranty)

If you are sending an item to us for repair or warranty service, you are responsible for proper packaging. Improper packaging can cause transit damage and may delay processing.
