📝Put a printed note inside the box — your name or company, return address, phone and email. Without it the repair can stall.
🫧Hashboards: at least 8 layers of bubble wrap on every side, reinforced corners, sturdy sealed box. No sealed air pillows — they burst in transit.
📦Whole miners: original packaging with foam inserts if you have it. No cables or accessories — anything that is not packing material is not returned.
📨After shipping send us the tracking number, package weight and dimensions.
⚠️Damage caused by improper packing is not covered by the warranty.

Send in your S19+ Antminer Hashboard for repair

We carry out repair work related to soldering, complete replacement of parts and components of ASIC miners and other works using special equipment.

We repair and diagnose hashboards, EEPROM flash and bench test every board to make sure its hashes.

Customer responsible for all costs associated with mailing the hashboard to our service center in FL.

Customer also responsible for any import taxes on the returned item if shipped outside the USA.

PLEASE NOTE: We can not repair boards with burn damage; any boards mailed to us with burn damage will be returned to the client at their own expense or disposed of if buyer does not want to pay return shipping cost.

Processing is 4-5 working days from when we receive your shipment at our repair center.
