How to Copy and Save Antminer Logs (Stock)
This guide shows how to copy and save miner logs from the stock Antminer web interface so our technicians can diagnose issues quickly. The instructions work on Windows and macOS.
Access the Miner’s Web Interface
- Find the miner’s IP address on your network.
- Enter the IP address in your browser’s address bar (e.g., http://192.168.1.50).
- Log in using your Antminer credentials.
Open the Log Screen
In the left menu near the bottom of the screen, select Miner Log. The page opens on the Current Log tab by default.
Choose the Log Type
- Current Log – shows the live, current session.
- History Log – shows the accumulated log history.
If we asked for “full logs,” switch to History Log.
Select All Log Text
- Click anywhere inside the log area.
- Press Ctrl + A (Windows) or Cmd + A (Mac) to highlight all text.
Copy the Log
Press Ctrl + C (Windows) or Cmd + C (Mac) to copy the highlighted text.
Paste into a Text File
- Windows: Open Notepad, then press Ctrl + V to paste.
- macOS: Open TextEdit → Format → Make Plain Text, then press Cmd + V to paste.
Save the File as .txt
Save with a clear name, for example: antminer-L7_SN-YNXXXX_log_2025-08-11.txt
.
- Windows: File → Save As… → Save as type: Text Documents (*.txt).
- macOS: File → Save… → Plain Text (.txt).
Send the Log to Our Team
Attach the .txt file in your message and include the miner model, IP address, pool settings (if relevant), and a brief description of the issue. You can reach us on the Contact page.
Tips & Common Issues
- Very long logs: That’s OK—send the complete file without trimming.
- Browser froze when selecting: Wait a few seconds after Ctrl/Cmd+A, then copy. If needed, try another browser.
- No access to web UI: Verify the IP, network, and credentials. Power-cycle the miner and try again.
- Different language UI: The steps and button positions are the same; collect logs the same way.
