Two Ways to Start Your Repair

  • If you already know what’s broken: simply send the faulty boards or power supplies to our facility. You can also ship the entire miner if you prefer not to disassemble it yourself.
  • If you’re not sure what’s wrong: send the miner to us for diagnostics and repair. Diagnostics are free if you proceed with the repair; otherwise, there’s a $50 diagnostic fee.

Our Professional Repair Process 🔧

The complete Antminer repair process includes several carefully controlled steps to restore your hardware to full working condition.

  1. Cleaning and preparation. The hashboard is disassembled and immersed in a special solution to remove dust, oil residue, and corrosion.

  1. Diagnostics and troubleshooting. Each board undergoes signal-chain testing and chip-level diagnostics to identify defective components.
  2. Repair and rework. Faulty chips are replaced, burned or damaged components are restored, and all solder joints are renewed to factory standards.

  1. Thermal paste replacement. High-quality thermal paste is applied to all chips (for Antminer 19, 21, and upcoming 23 series, as well as WhatsMiners).
  2. Assembly and testing. The board is reassembled and tested under load for several days to rule out hidden defects.
  3. Quality control and return shipping. After successful testing, the repaired unit is packed securely and shipped back to the customer.
